Is it safe to book directly?
Payments are planned to run through Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. Until online booking is live, you book by email and we confirm personally.
How does the deposit work?
You pay 30% when booking. The remaining balance is paid on arrival, by card or cash.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 14 days before check-in for a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Why is it cheaper than Airbnb?
Booking portals charge guests and hosts fees. Booking direct removes them and we pass the saving on.
How do I get the keys?
Casa Mare has self check-in via lockbox. We send you the access details before arrival.
